Jiramji Exim LLP is an exporter of Indian spices, including dry red chillies and turmeric, supplying to international buyers.
All products are sold strictly for commercial and business purposes (B2B transactions) only.
- All product specifications (SHU, ASTA, moisture, curcumin, etc.) are provided based on standard testing and industry norms.
- Variations may occur due to natural agricultural conditions.
- Final specifications will be confirmed in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) before shipment.
Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement on all of the following:
- Product specifications
- Quantity
- Pricing
- Packaging
- Delivery terms
Jiramji Exim LLP reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
- Prices are quoted based on agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.)
- Payment terms may include:
- Advance payment (T/T — Telegraphic Transfer)
- Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Orders will be processed only after payment terms are fulfilled.
- Products are packed as per agreed specifications (PP bags, jute bags, laminated bags, etc.)
- Private labeling is available as per buyer requirements.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring labeling compliance with their country's regulations.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to:
- Port conditions
- Customs clearance
- Logistics delays
Risk transfers as per agreed Incoterms. All export documentation (COO, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, etc.) will be provided with every shipment.
- Each shipment is tested at NABL-accredited laboratories.
- COA and other quality reports are shared before or along with shipment.
- Buyers may request third-party inspection at their own cost.
- Buyers must inspect goods upon arrival.
- Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims must be supported with valid documentation and evidence.
No claims will be accepted after the processing or resale of goods under any circumstances.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production, processing, or shipment has started.
- Any cancellation prior to processing may incur applicable charges.
Jiramji Exim LLP shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
- Regulatory changes in importing countries
Our liability is limited to the value of the supplied goods as stated in the commercial invoice.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions or policy changes
- War, strikes, or pandemics
- Transportation disruptions
All website content including text, images, and branding belongs to Jiramji Exim LLP and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately once posted on the website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
